The app will open the Scan Barcode screen.

Using your device’s camera, scan the QR code (barcode) included in your FortiToken activation email. Once the QR code is successfully scanned, your new token will be activated and ready to use.

Troubleshooting

If the app is unable to scan the QR code:

1.       Verify that FortiToken Mobile has permission to access your device’s camera.

2.       If camera access is disabled, enable it in your device’s settings and try scanning again.

3.       If scanning still does not work, tap Enter Manually at the bottom of the screen and enter the activation code provided in your FortiToken activation email.
